Limited Service - By Appointment

Dear Customers,

I think I speak for all of us, when I say that navigating our personal and professional lives has been very challenging during the past few weeks. As a small, family-owned business, every customer is just that to us, family. During the initial onset of this health crisis we quickly moved to by appointment only, to try and mitigate any risk to customers and staff. Also, we began making videos to help customers at home, as well as opened up a Skype and texting hotline. When Harris County issued the "Stay Home, Work Safe" order, we closed our doors - but have been very active trouble-shooting customers issues as much as possible, working at home. We will continue to be a resource to the community in every way we can during this crisis and after.

Limited Service by appointment only has been approved - No face-to-face contact
1. With the permission of Harris County, we will be able to fulfill delivery and mail-order done over the phone or on our website, as well as arrange pickup of needed items by appointment only. The store itself will not be open to the public.
2. We will be able to handle instrument exchanges by appointment, with no face-to-face contact. Concerning moving up sizes, if you are not sure, please Skype us before, so we can help determine the right size. 
3. Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot accept any repairs or perform maintenance.

It is our desire to get back to serving all of the needs that our customers have, as soon as we can - while following the essence and meaning of the "stay at home" order.  We honor and respect the sacrifice and devotion of the men and women in the medical, police, and other essential work areas doing their jobs selflessly every day for us and wish them to return safely home to their families. 

Together, we will get through this health crisis. And, as always, we welcome your communication and will do our best to meet your musical and educational needs. Thank you all for your continued support and patronage.
