May 9th - COVID-19 Update

Dear Customers,

There is a strong desire, among us all, to return to our pre-Coronavirus life. However, we have decided as a team at Sam's Strings, to take a measured, and cautious approach to reopening. Here is where we are today, and where we want to go:

1. We are currently open for curbside pickup, phone and Zoom conferences, in-home trial for purchase, new rentals, instrument exchanges, accessory pick-ups and more! We are communicating with customers 7 days a week to do our best to meet their needs, either virtually or via pick-ups at our location. We are also offering Free Delivery for new rental instruments within Katy ISD.

2. We will be accepting repairs and restorations very soon! Later in May, as our sanitation system (utilizing similar technology as some hospitals use on PPE) is installed, we will be able to safely sanitize your valuable instruments and bows when they come in and go out in a matter of minutes! Please contact us now, to be placed in cue for a timely turnaround.

While we regret we are not able to allow customers into our shop at this time, we are working hard behind the scenes to enhance our work flow and efficiencies to serve our community to an even higher standard. As passionate luthiers, musicians and educators, we can't wait to welcome you back - we miss hearing you play, telling us your dreams and hopes, and helping to be a part of them!
